Whether you are pregnant, trying to cut back on alcohol intake or just want something refreshing to drink ~ try this Moms on Holiday Mocktail. Each ingredient provides several health benefits spanning from immunity support to reducing the risk of disease. Make your drink, choose a comfy place to relax and enjoy.

Step 1: Get a cute glass

Step 2: Drop in a few ice cubes

Step 3: Pour still or sparkling water into a shaker (I prefer sparkling)

Step 4: Squeeze a lemon into the shaker

Step 5: Drop 1 Tablespoon of honey into the shaker (I prefer manuka honey)

Step 6: Drop 1 Tablespoon of cinnamon into the shaker

Step 7: Shake, shake, shake!
